Phone Clip

1. Insert the 1/4" 20 plate onto the Flexible Tripod by pressing the sides and placing the plate inside the slot. Twist on the clip by rotating clockwise.
   
   
2. Extend the clip to insert your phone.
   
   
3. Pair the remote to your phone using Bluetooth. Take photos wirelessly and enjoy!

GoPro or Camera

1. Insert the 1/4" 20 plate onto the Flexible Tripod by pressing the sides and placing the plate inside the slot.
   
   
2. Twist on your GoPro or camera.

1. Insert the #10 32 plate onto the Flexible Tripod by pressing the sides and placing the plate inside the slot.
