Where is Dockwell located?
Our headquarter is in sunny Torrance, California. All of our sales and support reps are located here as well.

Can I use the monitor from a different location?
Dockwell's baby monitor for elderly care uses radio frequency instead of Wi-Fi technology to ensure privacy and uninterrupted continuous feed. If you are within 900FT of where the camera is set up, you will be able to use the monitor. If you are beyond 900FT of where the camera is, it will not work as radio frequency will not reach.

Is the monitor wireless?
Dockwell's Elderly Care Monitor is wireless. It has a rechargeable battery included inside, easy to recharge and use every day.The camera has to be plugged into an outlet. We recommend somewhere that is near eye level with the patient (like on top of a cabinet). If placement is an issue, Bella comes with a wall mount included.

Does Dockwell video monitor for elderly have a guarantee?
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we offer a full refund up to 30 days from the purchase date. Our products also come with a 1 Year Warranty. If any of our units stop working while being properly used, contact us to have it replaced.
